I know first hand the ups and downs of owning and running a business. Some of the downs were so grueling and painful that I look back and wonder how I made it through on my own.

But wait a second; I wasn’t on my own...

There were amazing people who helped and guided me along the way. Colleagues, mentors and coaches who were there to shine light on my path, cheer me on and give me amazing support and encouragement.
