Every project and care relationship begins with a Landscape Discovery Session (LDS).
This is a complimentary phone conversation to explore your goals, clarify needs, and determine fit. It is not a sales call.

What This Call Covers

The Landscape Discovery Session is a 20–25-minute phone conversation.

We will:

• Discuss what’s happening on your property
• Explore what you want to change, improve, or protect
• Review timing, priorities, and constraints
• Answer early questions about scope and process

The goal is direction and alignment.

What Happens Next

If there is a strong fit, we may recommend an On-Site Landscape Assessment (OLA).

• This is a paid, in-person consultation with TGC's seasoned landscape professionals 
• The OLA helps clarify what's possible, reduce confusion, and point work in the right direction before the proposal is developed 

This assessment focuses on orientation and informed next steps, rather than rushing to solutions.

Our Scope

We provide ecological landscape design, construction, and fine gardening.

We do not offer:

• lawn mowing or routine lawn services
• snow plowing
• chemical-based pest or disease programs
• one-off cleanups or standalone mulching
