Entre-Suites is designed for corporate meetings, training sessions, workshops, off-site planning days, lunch-and-learns, and small-team retreats. We serve locally owned businesses, regional companies, and professional associations throughout Medfield and surrounding towns.

The Space

Four connected rooms let your team gather, break out, and reconvene with ease.

1. The Training Room supports workshops and larger presentations. Seats 20-40
2. The Conference Room is ideal for board-level and strategy meetings. Seats 16-22
3. The Sitting Salon offers an informal entry and breakout area. Seats 8-12
4. The Kitchenette supports catering and casual connection. Seats 6-8

The suite is intentionally clean and grounded so you can bring your own materials, branding, and energy into the space without competing with existing décor.
High-speed Wi-Fi, A/V capabilities, accessibility for people with disabilities, and ample parking are included.

How Bookings Work

Bookings are based on 4-hour blocks to allow for setup, meeting time, and breakdown.

• Weekday bookings include on-site support.
• Weekend bookings are available with self-service access.

Multi-session & recurring packages available for organizations that meet with us regularly

Pricing

• Business: $655 per 4-hour block
• Nonprofit: $555 per 4-hour block

Preferred pricing is available to organizations that pre-book six or more sessions.
