The Design Process is an organic flow of information between you and your TGC designer. The give and take of ideas and information is what makes a successful project.

Step One—Analysis
A thorough analysis of the site is conducted and along with the clients priorities we make certain that all the details and technical data are in place so there is a solid foundation for work.

Step Two—Discovery
The data gathered is used to create the base concepts that will be the spring board to new ideas and solutions for the landscape. In this step constraints and hurdles as well as opportunities and innovations are discovered.

Step Three—Articulation
All the information is then narrowed down to the best ideas so that you end up with a design that not only meets your needs but also awakens you to the possibilities.

*All drawings are presented in “plan view” (above). Design pricing and production times will vary widely based on complexity of the property and the season, among other factors. Each design contract is custom drafted to fit the scope of work outlined with your designer.
