Set beneath two large oak trees and flanked by gardens the patio’s hilltop perch affords beautiful unobstructed views of the surrounding woodlands and grassy meadow below. The adjoining beds contain understory plantings of Kousa dogwood, Virginia sweetspire, and Little Princess spirea as well as large masses of repeat blooming daylilies and perennial geraniums.
